 Mark J. Sirninger, DC, CCEP
Dr. Mark J. Sirninger is originally from Livingston, New Jersey. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Seton Hall University in 1995. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, Georgia in 1999. Dr. Sirninger is board certified in Sports Chiropractic and Extremity adjusting and has advanced training in extremity biomechanics. In addition, he has received his certification in myofascial trigger point therapy from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY. Over the last three years, Dr. Sirninger has been practicing in Atlanta, Georgia. Over that period, he has treated high caliber professional sports athletes in baseball, golf and basketball. Dr. Sirninger enjoys being involved within the community helping individuals of all ages. In addition, he has worked with large corporations such as Delta Airlines treating airline employees who were assigned to Delta’s main hub at Hartsfield International airport in Atlanta. Dr. Sirninger hosts his own weekly health radio show, "The Doctor Is In", on WDVR 89.7 or 91.9 FM, Thursday nights from 6:00 - 7:00pm. He covers various health issues and answers questions from call-in listeners. In addition, Dr. Mark provides health and safety lectures to various local groups and organizations. New patients receive a complete history and consultation with Dr. Sirninger, examination consisting of orthopedic, neurological and chiropractic tests specific for their complaint and x-rays, if needed. Each patient’s diagnosis is clearly explained to ensure a complete understanding. Patient’s who understand and are focused on treatment goals are more likely to heal quickly and to prevent any future relapses. Sirninger Family Chiropractic utilizes modern state-of-the-art chiropractic and therapeutic techniques to reduce pain and discomfort and restore proper health. In certain cases, x-rays and/or other diagnostic imaging may be helpful to verify the proper diagnosis. In addition to treating common ailments such as lower back and neck pain, Dr. Sirninger has advanced training in the assessment and treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome, shoulder and elbow pain, headaches and/or dizziness, TMJ, chronic knee pain, foot and ankle pain, plantar fascitis, hip pain, sciatica (leg pain) and spinal disc injuries. Dr. Mark Sirninger utilizes a wide variety of techniques to provide the quickest resolution of proper skeletal biomechanics. For the majority of ailments related to improper biomechanics of the spine and/or extremities, proper rehabilitative exercises of the affected areas are critical. Sirninger Family Chiropractic creates those specific, essential neuromuscular re-education programs individually tailored to each patients condition.
